4. Shipping Costs

5. Order Tracking

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Please provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.

If the claim is validated:

  • We will cover the return shipping cost.
  • We will provide a replacement or refund, in accordance with EU consumer law.

7. Exchanges (Change of Size, Design or Other Options)

If the customer wishes to exchange a product without any defect or damage, including but not limited to:

  • Change of size
  • Change of design
  • Change of color
  • Any other optional variation

the following conditions apply:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • The request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the new replacement item.

Artella does not cover transport (shipping) costs for voluntary exchanges where the product is not defective.

8. Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

The customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

9. Force Majeure

Artella is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier delays
  • Customs procedures
  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes or government restrictions
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

11. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)
